Dear Sir/Medam
Last Month on 16.5.2016 I Bought a New Panasonic 3 star Split A.C @ Price of Rupees 34500/= from your Authorized Dealer Located in Nadiad(Yes Air),(Dist- Kheda,Gujarat).
When I approached to dealer I am bit confused with Lloyds and Panasonic, but Dealer guide me if u want unmatched quality go with Panasonic. So for Better Comfort of me and my Family I Bought your Brand by Exploring its Outdoor unit Performance and its Comparison to other Brands.
Please Understand the Below Numbered Issue and Do Needfull,
1. At time of Delivery I got Outdoor unit without box pack and with chipped off some blue fins, When I ask about it to dealer, He replies I sent your unit is Passenger Auto Rickshaw and machines not get fitted in it so he removed the box (Clearly it’s not Acceptable)at time of installation I am on my Job so I didn’t take action on it, Later when I reached home my kids tell me that did you buy second hand A.C by saying that dealer delivers the unit without box, when I informed him I don’t want this type of unit, Dealer replies now what to do fitting is done.
2. From Next day Indoor Split unit Makes khat-khat noise and its increases and still there, Also when compressor starts an abnormal sound comes of GAS passing. I Reached to dealer several times for this issues dealer replies now go to Panasonic Toll free no it will help you in this case, after that time of rude behavior I again sent to him for its solution and replacement of the A.C now dealer replies if you want to replace the unit you have to bare some of Money for replacement.
Please Help to get My Capital back from Dealer.
