Dear Sir..
My GTPL broadband is not working again from 29th May 2016 - 01.42 noon.
Sad to say even follow ups still nothing came out & staffs are not responding to my no. Of phone calls resulting loosing call cost. GTPL Toll free No's. are not free at all its just making fool to customers.
Its GTPL management responsibility to locate supply power source at their cost, not on Customer's shoulder / head.
Sir, Am a retired professional (66 yrs)& doing my share business which totally depends on internet. I think I had made a BIG MISTAKE by joining GTPL Broad Band for 2 years spending Rs.7530/- .
Just see how bad services it is; within 3 months break downs are 7 times,each with 12 or more than 24 hrs stoppages. We are feeling trapped now. The followings are the stoppages Complain IDs for your knowledge.
29/3/16 > stoppages from 7.30 pm for 21 hrs.
31/3/16 > Complain ID- 1169118 from 1.30 pm for 23 hrs.
11/5/16 > from 6 pm to 13/5 -5 pm (47 hrs.
12/5/16 > complain ID 4912640- stoppage for 23 hrs.
16/5/16 > ID 1271149 stops for 4 hrs.
23/5/16 > ID 1290156- stoppage 26 hrs.
29/5/16 > ID 1307980 - stopped From 1.42 pm till now. which is more than 3 days but nobody take care just ignoring complaints.
Pl expedite immediately and check why it fails frequently. Pl inform to change the attitude / policies to serve customers in a Positive way otherwise am lodging my complaint to higher Govt. Local Consumer Forum tomorrow.
N.B. > pl interevene & set it right back to normalcy without keeping on RANSOM / further losses to customers.
