KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK torture to me

Hello Team,

I use to hold a Credit Card of ABN Amro Bank in 2007. In the month of August ABN Amro Levied unnecessary charges to me for which I called the Bank (ref no: 88634363) and spoke to Executive name Susmita, in this called she clearly mentioned that all the charges will be revert back and she told me the final amount which I should Pay and paid on the spot and asked her to close my card. I never got any bill neither any email for some 2 years and after that probably after 2-3 yrs I got a call saying madam you have to pay some amount to ABN AMRO Bank and I refused to pay that.

I request you guys to please go back and listen to my conversation and take an appropriate action and don’t give me an mental torture of saying I had not paid the money.
I have just opened a salary account with you Kotak and received some email saying some settlement is processed I really need to understand, who is filing this settlement on my behalf and why Bank is torturing me like this, I have some 5-6 emails to your Bankers for the same and didn’t found any reply from them too.
