I Sunil bhansali indusind bank done fraud with me by saying upgrade the card you credit limit will get increase now they saying it will not get increase because of weird reason . That's ok if you can't increase the limit I don't need to upgrade the card . Money doest grow . I have to earn . Bank don't have rights to fool the customer . If they do all this automatically you will loose all the customer in the end only bank staff will be there no customer . Credit card people saying we record the call when we upgrade the card you should record bank staff what they said while the time of upgrade . It's just that how to fool customer by taking they money . I am not beggar . If I have to buy anything luxury I don't need voucher . I can buy like this . I just want to cancel my upgrade card and I want my money back . Customer card doest know how to talk they customer . They feel we are the servant of them . We are using the credit card not for lifestyle because of are needs. It's almost 20 days I had called them so many times they reply with one thing indusind credit card team will call you and resolve the issue . They just know how to make fool and take every year 29k for upgrade and joining fees . I will suggest not to go this bank
