The transaction was declined and still the amount was credited to the Merchant. I had booked air tickets against which the first transaction was declined but still it was credited to the merchant which I came to know immediately and spoke to Bank Customer Care and confirmed that the amount will be credited to me in 3 working days. I checked after 3 days and it was not credited so I again called them and they informed me that I will have to pay the amount against the declined transaction. I have all the proofs against it. I have attached the proofs for your reference.
