My Name is Tarun Dattani. I was holding HDFC Credit card since 7 years. I wanted to do settlement of my Card last year in month of March 2015. Account ID: 25932607. I got the call in March last year and said pay 6500 minimum and will send you settlement letter for Rs. 58500 settled amount for 9 months. Hence i agreed and paid it immediately. Post that i haven’t received any calls for further process. All of sudden i got call in month of July, said due to system error we were unable to call you for further process, now you can pay minimum 8500 and will start your EMI for settlement of my card. Hence, i believed them and paid it immediately. Till 5 month there were no calls. Suddenly got a call from Vishaka (02249335407)in month of December. Explained her all this scenarios, she told will arrange a call back from senior and will do the needful ASAP. Similarly no calls till 1 month. Now she started harassing by calling my family members and gave bad words. She was misbehaving with them on calls. I didn’t receive any calls; hence i had to call her on 02249335407. She started giving bad words, which are not supposed to be mentioned in this mail. My parents are heart patients. Also, like to inform you that Vishaka have not adhered the clause mentioned in agreement. They are not at all cooperating with me. They are only threatening me. I am going thru mental trauma.
