Regarding PNB CREDIT CARD NO. 4197 8910 2035 8682 NAME. SANTOSH BARNWAL . MOTHER NAME . SHANTI DEVI DATE OF BIRTH 20/04/1977.mobile no.9451812155
With due respect I beg to say that branch manager pnb tamkuhi road on 18/03/16 and I myself on 24/03/16 e mailed to [email protected] for waiving the charges due and close it completely.
On toll free no. 1800 1802345 we are told to wait for 72 working hours for response .
Till 5/4/16 no ressponse came from bank.
Then i again sent email to [email protected] and [email protected] for complete clossure of credit card.
On toll free no i was told to pay first rs.539 only .
I paid that amount on same day 5/4/16
In branch .
Response e mail from creditcardpnb@ pnb.co.in came to me on 6/4/16 that I have to pay rs 539 as early as possible so as no further charge will be levied,
And I had paid that yesterday.
On toll free no. 18001802345 MR. MOHIT has told me that no more charges has to pay now and complete closure will take 7 days.
Response email for accepting rs.539 and closure process is being forwarded came to me on 7/4/16.
Then again on 9/4/16
New demand of rs.243 is sent by SMS as late fine .
What is this ?
If till 5th ,6th ,7th April all officers on toll free no. And email senders tell that
Pay rs 539 immediately so that no further charge will be levied.
Then why this new charge if I don't want to continue the card .
Were all the officers on toll free no and email senders are FRAUD , UN AUTHORISED and FALSE STATEMENT teller.
If yes then PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK is proved to be a FRAUD bank which treats its customers in wrong way.
If no then
I request you to insist on words in email dated 6/4/16 by [email protected] and close my credit card waiving all the remaining false charges levied after .
