Sir i have a saving account in sbi due to which they sell me a credit card saying u will recieve gift voucher of 3000 of stipulated brand whatever u will choose for that i have to pay amc of 3000+gst which i agreed and paid on 30th of august since then almost one n half month passed but yet no recieved any such gift voucher when i approached my servicing brach an office bearer sales girl ask me to give wrìtten application and assured me within 24 hour i will recieved it. I gave them an application on 11th of oct.. now in telephonic interaction they are claiming it will take another week or more for that..i asked them give me an explanation about the delay which they said we recieved ur payment on 3rd oct which i made against of usage. I aksed them to explain where my amc money was since 30th august and if it was in suspense why it didnt get adjusted against my bill amount..still its showing nowhere in sysytem.. iţs not mere about gift voucher its about promises which they didnt fulfill...i hope will no longer remain unheard.. my Name is Parag Yeole..9822964399..any further details do communicate
