DTDC Delivery Agent Dimapur lost my Package and the company didn't gave any resolution but only said my parcel of declare lost.
The consignment consist of Imported Cactus Seeds from Chile and was dispatched from Thailand thru' a friend to my friend's address in Delhi. My friend sent me the package thru' DTDC.
The agent called me on 18th August but didn't deliver the package. I went to their office on Monday and I was told the next day that my package is lost and they couldn't find it. Even after 2 weeks they have not given any solution to it
