I had flight and hotel bookings which coincided with the lockdown period from March 27 to March 29. The hotel and airlines has cleared my dues but dues amounting to Rs 9,597 are withheld and unpaid by the makemytrip.com. The travel based ecommerce website has been unresponsive and setting TATs and return dates of 10April,17April,21April,25April and now 18June to return the money but till date has dishonoured every subsequent date of payment.
