This is to inform you that Today I Traveled from Thakurli to Thane by 9.28 csmt slow local, once i reached thane station the ticket checker Mr. Abhijeet shinde asked me for my Ticket/Pass so I had shown them my pass my screenshot beacuse of "UTS APPLICATION ERROR" they didnt evn saw that nor scanned the QR code to check, just forced me to pay the penalty of Rs.260.
I kindly request you please take necessary actions against this corruption, hope will get your kind support.
