respected sir on the date of 10 th july 2018..i purchased an androied mobile at model [oppo f7 ..mobile...] golden mobiles, central park , thirupathi...under finance service of bajaj fin service...at the delivery time i paid 7000 rs... as down payment...remaining 15000 rs was i have to pay every monyh installment...last two months i paid 4000 rs with added insurance amount of 250 rs.....on this month 6 th my phone thefted by some one ...i registerd a complaint on p.s of nagari station ...buy they cant take my case..they vl not intrested such cases...my ph worth was 21990 rupees ...so kindly give instructins to bajajfinance company thirupathi...to stop all my remaining dues...and return my money what i have paid at my phone buying time 7000 rs...i paid insu rance for my phoone ...when i gone bajaj fin service... they will also...told me...i have to pay remaining due amounts...i am worried about that...so kiundly take a look on yhis issues sir....if any thing documents likes purchasing mobile bill...i vl submit to u on further actions what u take sir....
