I have transported two wheeler scooty and woodden sofa from Bangalore to Vijayawada on 11.05.2018 under consignment number6578853 dated 11.05.2018 with a stipulation that the transported items are to be door delivered.
On 21.05.2018 southern roadways sent the items to my house and demabded to arrange hamalis for unloading or I have to pay extra amount to unload the items from the van.
I told the that the items are to be unloaded by them at my house and delivering them is their responsibility.
The van returned back without delivering my items.
I spoke to tbeur Vijayawada branch over phone there is no response.
I spoke o er phone several times to their Head officem they told me they advice Vijayawada branch to deliver the goods to me and gave Vijayawada branch managers number and I even talked to the manager over phone, I sent two E.mails t0m the company mail IDs available on the company website.
So far thete is no response from the company.

Consumer complaint :CCNO 29305 dated 24.05,2018 agaist Southrrn road ways, I wish to i form you that the problem is resolved by Southern roadways by delivering the items at my residence with out any extra cost.
