Today Morning, I have visited Indian Time House, a watch shop at Chandidas, Durgapur to replace the battery of my watch. The shop owner charged me Rs. 150 but cost of the same was max Rs. 50. When I have asked for bill, he has refused to give me as it is repair. I have told as you have replaced the batteries so give the bill but he has not given.
I want to get back the excess amount and also want to know the reason for not giving the bill.
