i was purchase an onida ac from reliance retail on 18/04/2022 they sold me a faulty ac when i ask for problem in my ac to reliance they told me to contact onida than i call several times to onida customer care but they did"nt provide me any service. the ac has a big hardware problem. i want to replace this item. what can i do?
