Dear Sir,
I have been charged Rs 10 for the Branded paper bag by Birdys Cake shop Mahim Branch Mumbai Sitladevi Temple road on the 23rd April 2019
As per BATA case In Chandigarh they were fine Rs 9000 for charging the consumer extra for the BATA'S Branded paper bag.
Branding is a part of advertising and marketing of the company.
Why are we bearing the extra cost for the branded bag ?
