Unjustified price hike by TATA sky

Sir
I am a subscriber of TATA sky since Aug 2015 using a channel pack :"Dhamal Mix".
Initially I was being charged Rs 240 per month for the pack "Dhamal Mix".
However TATA sky increased the rate to Rs 250 in Apr-16 and Rs 270 in Jul-16.
On enquiring with TATA sky the reason for increase I was given a Service Request No.: SR2707161690181.
TATA sky claimed the following
That the change is due to addition of 104 channels in the last six months (period of Jan-16-Jul-16).
That the new Dhamal Mix pack is going to cost Rs 270 (arbitary non explanatory reply).

Shortcomings in TATA sky reply
As per the list of channels added by TATA sky in the list sent by TATA sky helpline there were 147 channels added since Sep-15 and from their claim of 104 channels added in the last six months i.e Jan-16-Jun-16 there were 95 channels added a deficit of 9 channels.
Out of the 147 channels added since Sep-15 68(46%) channels are such whose content or language I dont understand.
Another 15 (10%) channels are such that lack of any form of information/entertainment.
Similarly out of the so called 95 channels added in Jan-Jun(2016) period 52 (55%) channels are such whose content and language I do not understand or lack any entertainment/information value to me.

My point of contention:
As stated above out of the 147 channels added since Sep-15 ,83 (56%) channels are such that are "not wanted" by me due to my content/language understanding issues or lack of any form of information/entertainment content. Hence why is it mandatory for me to pay for such channels.
Please explain as to what was the basis of charging me as customer Rs 240 from Aug 2015 onward when the majority of subsequent 147 channels were not present.
Can it be implied that TATA SKY was charging their customers in anticipation of getting certain channels especially since a majority of channels acquired are of specific regional content with the majority of such channels having no relevance to subscribers based in Mumbai region.
Can it also be implied that there would be further increase in subscriber monthly tariff going forward.
However if TATA Sky must insist on creating channel packs such that there is high level of certain specific regional content channels and charge customers for the same, the logic of the same should be explained to an average customer who does not understand almost 50% of such mandatory forced channels.

My communication with Tata sky:
First mail sent on their online form 26-Jul-16 ----non specific response received on 27-Jul-16 with allotment of Service Request No.: SR2707161690181
Second mail sent to help@tatasky.in on 29-Jul-16 as Unresolved: Service Request No.: SR2707161690181 with response received of Channels launched list and Service Request No.: QJ753AH.
Third mail sent on 29-Jul-16 seeking explanation as mentioned above on the increase in tariff and charging of channels whose content and language is not understood.Mail sent to help@tatasky.com, nodalofficer@tatasky.com
Arbitary and completely out of context response received from nodalofficer@tatasky.com with no addressing of the query stated in my mail.However new Service Request No.: QJLUFMM generated.
Fourth mail sent to nodalofficer@tatasky.com on 30-Jul-16 requesting him to read my mail and understand the query and then reply with in TATA sky TAT for such a query. No response ever received for that mail till date.
Fifth mail sent 8-Aug-16 to Harit Nagpal CEO TATA sky on HARIT.NAGPAL@tatasky.com explaining him my query and attaching all the mails sent to Tata sky help ,Nodal
Officer.No response received.
Sixth mail sent as a reminder to Harit Nagpal CEO TATA sky on HARIT.NAGPAL@tatasky.com on 10-Aug-16. No response received till date.

That is the as per TATA sky "Assuring you of our best services at all times."
