Refund of 37490 not received
i want to intimate you that i have purchased an item (Voltas1.5 Ton 5 Star split Ac) having order id number 104463809(Copy attached) from Tata Cliq amount of Rs 37,490 and cancelled it after 1hr on 05/04/2019and i haven't got my refund till date. I filed many grievances(copy attached) through my registered email id but till now no avail i.e i haven't received my refund of Rs 37,490. Tata cliq had made a commitment to provide me refund in 3-4 days(Copy attached) but till now 10 days completed.
I already filed complaint with NCH (1253481). BUT TILL NOW I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND
