I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent GSRTC sleeper bus service I utilized. The lack of essential amenities has left me unsatisfied with the overall experience. Firstly, the absence of curtains compromised my privacy during the journey, making it uncomfortable and intrusive. Moreover, the inadequate lighting made it challenging to read or navigate within the bus, negatively impacting passenger convenience.
Furthermore, the non-functional charging sockets added to the inconvenience, as I was unable to charge my devices during the trip. This deficiency hindered my ability to stay connected and productive throughout the journey. As a passenger, I expected a higher level of service from GSRTC, and the absence of these basic facilities has left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
I kindly request that GSRTC takes immediate action to address these issues and enhance the quality of their sleeper bus service. Passengers rely on functional amenities for a comfortable journey, and I believe that rectifying these shortcomings will greatly improve the overall passenger experience.
