Non repair of Sony TV model 950C 43 inch under warranty issue

My Sony make 43 inch model 950C is out of order since 26/6/16. I contact with sony customer care on 27 6/16 and they give me a
request ID 32969577 dated 27/6/16. A service engineer form vido plaja attend us and inform that panel of TV is defective , panel is not available with us and when it will be available we will attend the same but after 25 days they visited my house with different part(other than panel) and try to repair the TV and failed to repair, again they inform me that the panel of TV is defective which is not available now. I again contact with sony customer care and they again give me a request ID 33445619 Dated 22/7/16.
but after one month the position of defective TV is same. I request several time by customer care for alternative arrangement but no action is taken.
