Hi Sir
My Self Ravikumar from VIJYAWADA town Andhra Pradesh, I am Big FAN of Honda Products I use HONDA city CAR And recently I bought a two wheeler to my wife,
I have given my two wheeler for service in anwitha Honda located in Vijayawada, since the service was only to rectify the Indicators, they said no need to take out any things from the vehicle,
At the time bike was having HELMET and my WIFE spectacles (premium brand) in the Seat Bottom,
At the time of delivery I haven’t find both of them, since that day was late they said that they will come back next day.
When I went next day they have told me to wait, I waited for 30 min but they couldn’t able to find my things,
But after in the evening they called saying they have the helmet but they don’t able to find out the Spectacles,
I can leave this but when I visited to collect my Helmet they were acting smart and they are trying to put the blame on me saying I am lying in the case, but when I have tried to put my voice forward then one sales manager pitched in and said that you are an idiot to argue with the Honda team.
In the end he said that he cannot give helmet and spectacles both, and he throw me a challenge to collect it from them if possible,
My self was feeling very uncomfortable with this kind of staff behaviour. Hope you will take necessary action on this and no other customer will effect in the same behaviour next time.
