Amazon India Online Pay balance money not refunded

I added two top ups of 5 and 10 thousand on 14th July and due to some problem initiated refund on 23rd July. My pay balance amount deducted on 02 August. They told to wait for 20 working days for refund and accordingly i waited. But 60 days passed away but still they had not refunded my money to the bank account. And whenever i call to amazon they neglected the matter and only tell to wait more and gave different dates. I am really disappointed with them. Please help to get my refund
