Worst service Tikona Broadband connection rather sometimes no service after paying money

Hi,
I have taken the Tikona Broadband connection on 30-Jul-2016. Our reference number is 621213467265. The company installation Engineer said we have to pay Rs.2150-(plus Rs. 1200 for the router) for 3 months internet service with 4MBPS speed.
But after paying money, from Day 1 we always found issues with connectivity. It gets disconnected and its even hard to get 1MBPS speed. When tried with customer care, they always made false promise to fix it.
We have called so many times to Customer care, installation Engineer and Service Engineer. Nobody responded. Because of this problem our office work suffered a lot and we were harassed by the tikona people number of times. Now we want to get disconnected from the service and expect compensation.
