I ordered a featured phone of panasonic from Amazon.in on monday (1st august 2016)at 8:04 Am. It was mentioned on the page that if I order within 3 - 4 hours, my product will be guarnteed delivered on the same day latest by 8 pm. The product has not been delivered yet. It caused so inconvinience to me as I needed the phone urgently. Please consider my request. I have all the screen shots. I have been harased by this.As I am continuously trying to tell my problem to the customer service representative of Amazon.in and they are so rude. None of them are ready to let me talk to any senior.
