I had purchased all new Honda Amaze Car from Emerald Honda Gandhinagar. Within a week og buying car, I found certain defects in car including AC system fault, exhaust leak inside cabin, reverse gear vibration and car horn faulty. When I informed them about this problem, they were not accepting, then I filled consumer complaint at National Consumer Forum of India with Docket 1218237 then they agreed and replaced damaged parts of AC and Horn and reverse gear. But still they are not accepting an exhaust leakage. So I demand full refund paid this faulty car and compensation too.
