Hi
My name pooja aggerwal. My reliance life insurance policy no- 15753081. My date of birth- 16/4/1989
Sir I had surrendered the policy on 22/1/2015 and reliance sent me a cheque on 7/2/2015. But the cheque is not received at my end.
Now I visited the branch on 26/2/2015 and shown my bank a/c statement for last 6 months. and provided every details they wanted.
But till now no response. They are saying the computer is not working
