Regarding consumer loan and wrong bank detail entry in Bajaj Finserve

Dear Sir/Madam,
It is regarding purchasing of 1.5 tr. Air condition (Hitachi) & Washing machine (LG) from Vijay sales outlet in Uttam Nagar, which loan was sanctioned by Bajaj Finserve on dated 17.04.2016.
Detail of Loan A/c of Bajaj Finserve are as follows :
Loan No. 4010CD22631044 for Rs. 4350/-
Loan No. 4010CD22638747 for rs. 842/-
I was submitted my cancelled cheque belong to Union bank of india with signed ECS form, 3 times, to Mr. Ali (Bajaj Finserve executive) whose mobile no. is 8010997289 and he was sitting in Vijay sales outlet, Uttam Nagar.
Again 4th times, i was submitted my cancelled cheque belong to Union bank of india with signed ECS form, to Mr. Rishabh (Bajaj Finserve payment collection executive) whose mobile no. is 9953210876.
Problem I Faced:
from last 3-4 months, My EMI on 5th of each month is not deducted by Bajaj Finserve, even my Union Bank of India account is full with Balance.
Why EMI not deducted online by Bajaj Finserve:
In the database of Bajaj Finserve, my details of Union Bank of India Cancelled check & ECS form are not updated by Bajaj executive in right manner. I always received a wrong message from bajaj ie:

What wrong with valuable customer of Bajaj:
1. When i submitted cancelled cheque belong to Union bank of india with signed ECS form, then why i received a message regarding VIJB bank (other bank).....???????????????
2. Why my EMI not deducted online from my account, after several compalin in Customer care??????????????
3. They applied bounce charge, every month on me.
