Complaint against R.K. Vision .invoice for selling defect product.

Dear sir ,
i like to inform you that , we have purchased three Daikin Air-condition on 16th april 2016. from R.K.Vision .invoice attached below. one of the air condition
(model no-RCD50RRV161) start giving trouble of switching off by its own. for the same we lodge the complain at customer care on 27 july 16. under complain
no- DL 2160742275 , customer care assign your channel partner Mr Shabbir for this job and further they have send their technician MD AHMID, after investigation he said there is fault in the wire( SLIP ATTACHED BELOW ). and did nothing. so we had called our wireing installation contractor - he said wire is okay , please check the indoor unit again.
Again we lodge the complain on customer care on 13 aug 16 complain no DL2160819698 , Again they have assign the same thechnician though same channel partner. he came and forced us to change the entire connection wire.
we had request him to check the indoor unit properly. still this time also he did nothing.
As a last resort we have changed the entire wire's at our own cost ,
but still the problem there . which un-nesserely cost us extra 30000:00 INR.
our complain is still pending under complain no DL2160839786 .
Again they want to send Mr Shabbir Team . we don't want to solve this issue with this un-professional team .
kindly sort this issue ASAP .
we also decide to lodge this complain to CONSUMER COURT , as we have gone through lot difficulty and un-nesserey expnese of 30000 rs,
because of your un-professional behavior .
