i have purchased products from flipkart whose combined worth is Rs.30,000(bills attached).After delievery of the products i found 4 of 6 products as defective for which i have raised return request within 7 days replacement policy.the return/replacement request of the defective products got approved from flipkart side and the pickup for same was scheduleddfor 21st may. but on 18th may evening i received mail from flipkart asking to send my documents like aadhar/pan for account verification purposes,after i forwarded my docuuments my account was blocked and already approved return request got cancelled.After inquiring with flipkart they told me that 'due to high number of return request their system blocked my account'.But when asked about why their system blocked me after my return was approved or under which policy/clause they did this,they are not answeing.I have already filed my grievance(2803851) is national consumer helpline but same response i am getting there also.After loosing all my hope and investing 30,000 i am forced to take this step as a last resort.Hope to see this issue resolve soon and get my refund.
