I had booked a massage therapist on 12th may for 13th may 1230 PM.
1. I recieved a call from her At 10:41 am screenshot attached. She was insisting if I can prepone I denied and told her to come as scheduled.
2. Till 12:40 I didn't receive any call from her about being late.
3. 12.49 she called me I am running late. I said it's ok and asked her to come
4. 1.19 PM she called she can't find the house I explained her
5. Then she said 1.25 I have reached I checked my balcony no one was there suddenly I recieved a text your message has started.
6. 1.45 she called me I have reached I told her I don't want the massage as there is no professionalism and time value. I told her I'll call.the support and I am calling uc. She said how can u do it etc.

8. While talking to your executive she called me 8 times from her boyfriends phone which is 9711382230 the same number she used while calling me to know.the direction of the house. Her second number is 921052997. While your executive apologized and I had rest the issue.
9.my called with your executive ended at 2.15pm and she again called me from her boyfriends number 2.15pm abusimg me payal aurat hai tu mental hai. How dare she.
10. I tried calling your customer support but no help. Then I called the same number 9711382230 then her boyfriend answered and threatened me that he's seen my house and he will teach me a lesson. I checked my house camera she had come in a white car at 149 PM with some guy.
I am going to file an FIR against him and your company if you don't remove her. How can you share our addresses and phone number with a random guy your therapist is roaming around with??? Is there a verification which u did.
Also how come she started the service without even entering my house.????
