Please help me City Electronic shop no. 939
They sold me LG 1.5 Ton split AC in total cost of 37500 INR including installation andstabilizer.
Model number on receipt and AC wasn't matching when I checked with LG CC they said it 2014 model and in today's date it EER is 3 star. They have pasted the Voltas EER rating sticker where label period is Jan 2018 - Dec 2019. They have intentionly scratched the brand name on it. I asked they to replace and it's wrong product but the dealer fought with me and said do whatever you want we are not changing. Please help. I'm a parentless and it's my hard earned money. I paid 12500 as a down payment and made it EMI in Bajaj finance.
Please please help me to get right product or my money back and cancellation of EMI.
