Sir I have purchased Mobile through Amazon.com on 02.07.2018 recently getting switched off immediately and refuse to start. I took the phone to Intex Customer Care where they told me that the warranty of the phone has expired on 31/07/2018 but in the site it has mentioned they will provide 1 year warranty. I have talked to Amazon Customer care they say there record showing I have rejected the order. I have been duped by Amazon Please help me.
