I purchased laptop Dell Vostro 3558, Service Tag GS19MC2 on October 28th, 2016. The laptop came with 1 year of accidental warranty, and I was told under the Dell Festive Offer that this warranty could be extended for 2 more years by registering for warranty extension online under the offer, for which I registered.
While filling out warranty extension form, the form clearly stated that it covered physical damages. But I am being denied the accidental warranty and offered only NBD warranty.

The officials of Dell has given evidence of mala fide by saying that they cannot furnish me with details of the offer, nor can they provide me with the invoice. It's pertinent to note that I never received invoice of the purchase because Dell doesn't issue any.
I am being told to check the warranty online, which I am disputing in the first place. I am being asked to take Dell officials on their word and not ask for a verifiable objective evidence. I was told that dellfestive is not Dell to shirk off responsibility.
All this clearly smack of mala fide and makes it a clear case of cheating fraud and misrepresentation.

I seek ₹1 lac as damages and compensation and also changing warranty extension from NBD to accidental.
