Not giving refund even after my flight is cancelled

Sir/mam I booked my two flight by a travel agency named as Goibibo.com in October and in March respectively but both of my flight are cancelled and when I asked for the refund from company which I paid nearly 70000 inr they are not giving back. Every time I call them they register the refund request and next time they says you have no registered request if you want we can register now
