Make my trip not refunding cancellation charges

I have booked 3 tickets through make my trip for my onward journey to goa on 15th March. I tried for many days to cancel my tickets due to covid and tried to get in touch with them for clarification on cancellation policy, but no body picked up the phone. Later when I tried to cancel my ticket through the app, irrespective, of charges ,app did not allow to cancel.
Later raised multiple complaint tickets prior to 4 hours of departure, despite company didn't cancel the tickets. Later they came back to me saying that its now less than 4 hours to departure and they can not compensate.
