MTS service disappointed, Wrong Information provided to sell product to me

I am fundamentally disappointed by the experience with MTS service,On the first place One of the retailer sell me the product by saying that your residense area cover 3G network,but it does not.I have not even use single mb ,I am continuously calling customer care,mailing simultaneously.
But there response is pathetic.
How could a normal individual know that whether his residense area cover MTS network or not.
I have to trust retailer,and there I did mistake.
