Dear Sir,
Myself Manish Pattankar, would like to inform you that I am a genuine customer of Maruti Cars since last 5 years.
Five years back I purchased “Alto LXI” from your show room named Amar Cars Pvt. Gorwa and used 5 years satisfactorily. Then in last May-15 I decided to change car Alto to Swift and did an inquiry at your and simultaneously in another show room. After proper understanding I booked Swift vehicle by paying deposit Rs.5000/- at other showroom.
Meantime, your Sales executive (Mr.Chudasama) had approached me and explained that he will give me direct and indirect financial benefits of Rs. 5,000/- (Gift Voucher) if, I would book car in your showroom instead of other showroom.
Now, more than One year period is over and I am still following with your various executives and managers through Email, telephonically, personally but all said your” Gift Voucher is already given to other person” “No data Or Proof Shown me " and still I didn’t get this benefit. If not getting any positive response from your executives. Then I will go for Consumer court.
Considering the above all facts and our long relations more than 5 years, I hereby request you to look into the matter and give me all direct and indirect financial benefits committed by your executive at the earliest.
