Sir,
Cambridge Elevators India Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad erected a Lift in our Apartment, Aiswary Towers in the month of October, 2016. From the beginning it is halting irregularly and collapsed are not properly closed shouting loudly.
Duplicate material used in the erection of lift which are against given in the agreement.
Erection of lift is not completed till today. As per agreement balance of nearly 10% will be paid after 6 months from the date of completion of erection.
10 day back Mr. Kamar cell No.9705931116 came to the apartment on the plea to servicing it. He has stolen and taken away the major items in the lift which obstruct running of lift. while we asked balance must be paid, has said without completion which is against our agreement. 20 families are suffering from this problem. kindly solve and compensate us.
