My name santosh, purchased water purifier pleasure plus from candy care on 20-07-2015 with the following details

he promised 1 year guarantee on the purifier
AS per W.H.O 50 PPM is permitted to drink after purification.
our filter showing 70 PPM and requested provider to replace the filters but he is refusing.
Purchased Candy Care Water Purifier (RO + UV) with in few months filters stopped purifying the water and TDS or PPM reading is rising day be day.
requested the provider to replace the purifier filters but he is refusing to do so.. instead asking us not to worry in drinking the contaminated water.
please take immediate action on the company if possible do not encourage them in extending the licence instead seize them out
