Hitachi A/C got damaged within warranty but not replacing or returning the amount.

Respected Sir/Madam,
We bought Hitachi Split A/C on 21/12/2019, which has a one-year warranty. From Last month i.e. Aug 2020 we are facing issue with A/C as it’s not working. So we raise a complaint for service. After making so many calls one person came for service, and said that it got damaged. When we called the agent and asked for replacement, they’re responding in a very recluse manner and saying they can’t do business if they do replacing the products. Even EMI is not cleared yet. For my parents, I made it repaired for time being, with a week again it got problem again. Till now we purchased 5 Hitachi A/C’s and all aren’t working more than an year or so. We lost trust on these fraud products and dealers. So I am requesting you to please help me to get my AC cost from them.
