FIR AR NEB SARAI POLICE STATION – DD NO 45 B DT 28/5/2016 24X7Fresh
1. I Shakti S Mehra s/o of Col JS Mehra placed an Order on Website 24X7Fresh.in on 5th May 2016 via Order No 100004279 for Milk and Egg Products to be supplied at home
2. I paid Rs 2817/- via Net Banking (HDFC Bank) and got a acknowledgement of amount paid. Enclosed in this letter
3. I was advised that the delivery will start by 7th/8th May which till date has not started
4. I have contacted their call center and Mr Randhir several times and realized that he has no setup for such supplies and has no intentions of supplying any items to any customer
5. I contacted him a number of times and he has lied that he has refunded my money. He doesn’t give me the transaction number of the payment refunded. I have got his complete address and details from his website. Here are the details

6. In the meanwhile I have read several reviews of others and realized that he has cheated several number of people by opening this website and not supplying them the goods. He is a fraud and is running a business of taking money and not supplying the goods to the customer
I request you to use your good office and make him return my money and also take action as deemed fit so that he doesn’t cheat other innocent people
