Order Placed on 21 Feb 16 on 24x7Fresh, neither got products nor my money back.

Hello Sir,
This is pertaining to order no 100006138 placed on 24x7Fresh.in on 21-Feb-16 wherein payment was made thru PayU gateway.
I have had sent out multiple emails starting from 26th Feb to the payment gateway vendor as well as to seller, I also got assurance that my money will be refunded, but till now neither the product is delivered nor the money has been refunded.

Request you to please intervene and help me in getting my money refunded at the earliest.

    Dear Sir, I purchased mobile on 06-08-2015 for rs 9999.And get it insured through apps daily. My mobile is insured for one year for damage, theft and burglary.
    Some days ago its screen got damaged, so I approached apps daily to claim damage expenses. They asked me to send damage charges quotation along with other documents. I did the same.but today I got to know through their mail that they are cheating me.they are asking me to send the phone with all documents and accessories to them and they will give me rs 5000/-
    Sir, inplace of reimbursing damage charges they want my 9999 RS phone in just 5000 rupees,where as I paid 650/- premium for insurance not to sell my mobile at Throughway price after 265 days.
    I checked in agreement booklet as well,their also they are saying in case of damage after 180 days they will charge 45% depreciation and rest of the amount will be provided.
    What they are claiming right now is no where mentioned.

    My intimation no to apps daily insurance co is AD_D_260416_3042042.


    I request you to kindly help as they are cheating not only me but every customer.
