Sir,
On 10-08-2019 I visited MEDPLUS, 68 Radha Nagar Main Road and handed over the prescription issued my wife's Doctor.The Pharmacist gave me the different medicine not prescribed by the Doctor. I told him the medicine issued by him is not the one prescribed by the Doctor. He said he consulted his senior and confirmed the wrong medicine as right medicine.I feel that the doctor changed the medicine and presumed that he knows more than me. But my wife while taking the medicine at night shocked and found that the medicine issued by the pharmacist is the wrong one and if taken the side effects are severe. she went to pharmacy at about 11p.m and questioned why they have issued wrong medicine. He argued initially that he gave the correct medicine only.After elborated argument about 45 minutes he finally gave the correct medicine. Doctor prescribed DINOGEST 2MG.TAB Pharmacy issued DYNAPAR TAB. I have sent my grievance in an e.mail to grievance officer of MEDPLUS. two weeks back. But they did not care about my e.mail.MEDPLUS IS PLAYING THE LIFE OF THE PATIENT. patient name KALASUBAMANIAN, 9884369672
