Respected Sir,
For the Past One Year & Six Months, using Presige Table Top Wet Grinder. Since the Grinder doesn’t function well, I have made compliant with Prestige Customercare on May 29th 2018. After two weeks of time and several follow up’s he arrived home, and removed the Grinder and said Grinder Barring is gone. So he has taken the barring shaft with him. He will fix this in couple of days. Later, I have made several calls he didn’t responded to the calls.
It’s been more than 60days of time. The service Engr haven’t fixed the Grinder.
I have intimated the same to PRESTIGE Customer Care. They have given Prestige Head office Number. From the Head Office Mr Karthikeyan has said, he will take action. Then the Service Engr has called me and said, he needs two days to fix it.
Now four days have been passed, no reply. He is not taking phone calls.
I have been totally frustrated.
