Wrong spelling in Demat account complaint against ICICI Securities

I had opened a Demat Account No IN 303028-68123970. In the sais account my name was wrongly spelled even after giving Aadhar and Pan card and the savings account linked having correct spelling. Instead of Cawasji it is written Lawasji by the Bank staff. Repeated verbal and written complaint is not entertained. More than 2 months have passed. Copies of Pan card and Aadhar card is already with Bank
