Deduction of money from account but not transfer to other party

i also pay money to videocon tv recharge by sbi freedom but its not transfer to party.and this amount not refund in my accont.therfore i also complaint to sbi customer care.but they also tell me that deduction was sucessful.in bank statement these amount will be deduct from my account.pla help me and solve my problem .
