AXIS BANK Loan - Credit with wrong cheque number in my account

Credit with wrong cheque number in my AXIS BANK Loan account is shown with less amount RS.798/-
But my SBI ACCOUNT of which cheque was given by me shows complete EMI RS.6976(PFA-6979_SBI statement)
I informed them about this and they replied me that they have refunded 798(PFA_798_refunded)
But it was not refunded by them.
And on second EMI my due they shown Rs.798/- previous one Which is there mistake you can check my SBI ACCOUNT statement(PFA_6976_SBI statement)
and they charged one by one five cheque bounce charges
Though I was paying EMI in time
(PFA_Axis bank Statement)
When I went to there office they told me that we will refund you this within one month but they have not done that.
they mailed me to pay that due (PFA_pay_678+2292+40)In this attachement 798 is reduced to 678 as For my EMI I was paying RS.24/- Extra (Rs.7000/- For 6976/- EMI each month I was crediting you can check my Axis bank statement)(ABS_1)I am having pdf of loan account statement i can mail you or ABS_1 has all details of my account.
