Bank of India Deduct my Rs.10,000/-

Dear Sir/Madam,
10 march, 2017 07.58 pm on this date or time deduct Rs.10,000/- from my account. But this date on time I was not withdraw this amount. I have proof that time I was present in my office. How can I deduct. But Bank of India have not any proof of I withdraw this amount.
