My friend has brought Mahindra Pickup Tempo by taking finance from Shriram Fianance.Upto one year before he had repayed amt 3,20000/-with EMI. That time unpaid amount was 27000/-Due to some financial problem he postponed that payment.Meanwhile the company has claim insurance amt approx 21000/- . so the total payable amt is about 48000/- But today shriram finance showing due amt is 156000/- by their own logic.
this is frustrating. Please help us.
