Dear Jago Grahak ,
I have buyed subscription for online tutorial from the Meritnation agent on 29 April in the name of vedant dhanorkar. Detail are given below.

Complaint:-
The online study material is not at all matching with the school syllabus. When I contacted the local agent Mr Ankit Gaikwad who sold the subscription about the same he told me syllabus will be matched within 7 days and he asked me to send photocopies of books and its content. The content was sent to him and his subordinate Mr Ahad Malik.
After 10 days when i checked the software it was not at all matched then i contacted Mr Ankit Gaikwad for the same. He is now telling me that he is no more in the company as he left the company you can contact customer care and afterward he stopped picking up my phone.
When i asked the customer care for the refund they are saying there is no refund policy with our company.
How can there be no refund policy in the company if the syllabus is not matching with the school books which was promised to me that all books study material will be there.
